A new video has surfaced in the case of the murder of a class 12 student in Faridabad, Haryana. In this video, a car can be seen chasing Aryan. The cow protectors killed him mistaking him to be a cattle smuggler. In the CCTV installed at Gadpuri toll plaza on the Agra-Delhi national highway, Aryan Mishra can be seen in a red Renault Duster car with his friends on August 24. The five arrested accused are seen chasing them in a Maruti Suzuki Swift at around 3 am. The criminals shot Aryan a few seconds later.
During interrogation, Anil Kaushik, Varun, Krishna, Adesh and Saurabh, who were arrested, revealed that on the night of August 23, they had received information that some suspected cattle smugglers in two SUVs were conducting a recce in the city. While looking for cattle smugglers, they saw a Duster car and followed Aryan’s friend Harshit.
In the CCTV footage shared in the NDTV report, the car is seen chasing him. After this, the criminals asked him to stop. However, he did not do so because his friend Shanky had a fight with someone and he thought that they had sent goons to kill him.
Criminals remanded to judicial custody
When Aryan and his friends did not stop the car, the accused went after the car. They started firing at the car. One bullet hit Aryan near the neck. After this, when his friend finally stopped the car, they fired another bullet. The second bullet hit Aryan in the chest. He was rushed to the hospital where he died a day later. After being produced in court, all the accused have been sent to judicial custody.
