There is great news for railway passengers. They are going to get the gift of another Vande Bharat Express train soon. This semi-high-speed train will be launched in Odisha on September 15. According to the report, this train will run between Tatanagar Junction of Jharkhand and Berhampur of Odisha. This train will pass through Bhubaneswar and Kendujhar. It is being told that Prime Minister Narendra Modi can flag it off. Before this, its trial run is to be done on Sunday and Tuesday. Only after this, it will be inaugurated by PM Modi on September 15.
According to the TOI report, the first trial run of this Vande Bharat train will be between Tatanagar and Berhampur. The second trial run is to be done between Tatanagar and Patna. Officials said that this train will leave from Tatanagar at 5:20 am and will reach Berhampur at 2:30 pm. In such a situation, the train will take 9 hours and 10 minutes to cover the distance of 586 km between Tatanagar and Berhampur. If we talk about the return, this Vande Bharat train will start from Berhampur at 3 pm and will reach Tatanagar at 11:55 pm the same night.
The train will run on all days of the week except Tuesday
This train running between Tatanagar and Berhampur will run on all days of the week except Tuesday. Its primary maintenance will be done at Tatanagar itself. For the convenience of passengers, a halt of 15 minutes will be given at Khurda Road station. It is not yet clear how much fare will be charged for traveling by this train. The rate chart is awaited to be released by the railways. It is known that currently 3 Vande Bharat trains are running in Odisha. Out of these, 2 trains run between Puri and Howrah and Rourkela. The third one runs fast from Bhubaneswar to Visakhapatnam. In this way, now the people of Odisha are going to get the gift of another Vande Bharat train, which will make the journey very convenient.
