UP Police, which is famous for searching buffalo, dog and goat, will now search for black helmets. Actually, a lawyer lodged a complaint of theft of his black helmet in Hazratganj Kotwali of Lucknow, but the police did not take the lawyer’s words seriously and instead of filing a report, he dismissed it. After this the lawyer took refuge in the court. After the court order, the police had to register an FIR. Now the police will have to find the lawyer’s stolen helmet.

Lucknow-based lawyer Prem Prakash told that he lives in Vrindavan Colony. On August 17, at around 2.30 pm, he had gone to GPO Hazratganj to post a notice. Meanwhile someone stole his helmet. When we reached Atal Chowk outpost, Inspector Rahul Singh sent two constables. In the CC footage, two youths were seen carrying helmets. When he went to the police station to lodge a report, the Inspector hesitated and sent him back. Then called the next day but did not file the case. After this he left citing leave. Stopped meeting. Complained on mail to Police Commissioner. Still no action was taken. Inspector Rahul Singh had been rushing for 14 days to register the report of helmet theft. After this the lawyer lodged an online complaint on UP Cop App. From there it was suggested to file a complaint regarding Khoya Pal.

Wrong complaint report was filed on IGRS. After this, when he again went to the Inspector with the application, he said that the lawyer should take the helmet, but do not file a case. Troubled by this, the lawyer approached the court. On the orders of the court, Hazratganj police finally registered a case of helmet theft against two unknown persons on 26 September. Inspector Vikram Singh said that on the orders of the court, a report has been filed and the people who stole the helmet are being searched.
