Prashant Kishore alias PK, who has been carrying out a padyatra across the state under the Jan Suraj Abhiyan for the last two years, has converted his organization into a political party. A program for the formation of Jan Suraj Party has been organized at the Veterinary College Ground in Patna. People from all over the state associated with Jan Suraj have gathered in Patna. A unique stage has been built at the meeting place, on which there is seating arrangement for 5000 people. Jammers have been installed on the stage, due to which mobile phones are not working. Just before the formation of PK’s new party, former Sitamarhi MP Sitaram Yadav and Vinita Vijay, daughter-in-law of former minister Raghunath Pandey, joined Jan Suraj.
