Seoul: Amidst the ongoing elections in America, North Korea has created a sensation by firing several ballistic missiles one after the other. Giving information this time, South Korea’s army said that Kim Jong Un’s country fired several short-range ballistic missiles towards the eastern sea on Tuesday. South Korea’s army has not given information about how many missiles North Korea fired. Japan’s Defense Ministry said that the missiles are believed to have already fallen into the sea and so far there are no reports of any damage.

North Korea had tested ICBM

Let us tell you that just a few days ago, under the supervision of Kim Jong Un, North Korea had tested an intercontinental ballistic missile or ICBM. The missile flew higher and remained in the air longer than any other weapon ever tested by North Korea. North Korea claims that the American mainland can be targeted through this missile. In response, the US on Sunday used long-range B-1B bombers in a trilateral exercise with South Korea and Japan in a show of force.

Trump met Kim as President

Last Friday, North Korea’s Korean Central News Agency i.e. KCNA identified this missile as ‘Hwasong-19’ ICBM and called it ‘the world’s strongest strategic missile’. KCNA reported that the country’s leader Kim Jong Un watched the missile test and thanked scientists for demonstrating North Korea’s ‘unique strategic nuclear strike capability’. The firing of these missiles before the elections may increase tension in the area. Let us tell you that when Donald Trump was the President of America, he had also met Kim with the aim of improving relations between the two countries. (Language)
