You can also use honey and garlic if you want. 5- Fenugreek shows miraculous effect in weight loss. You have to soak fenugreek seeds in 1 glass of water, drink this water on an empty stomach in the morning. This helps in weight loss. Fenugreek improves your digestion and also provides relief from gas problems.
