Sarthak says that due to being fond of food and eating sweets since childhood, I had become a chubby, chubby child. When it comes to clearing my physical tests, I have always been at a border. However, I resolved to lose weight when I realized that my clothes did not fit me and I would have to go shopping from plus size showrooms.

Sarthak says that during weight loss, I understood that our diet is more important than our workout routine. We should pay more attention to what we eat than to burn calories.

Sarthak says I had the stubbornness to look good and feel good. I always thought that being fit I can wear all kinds of clothes. Apart from this, I was active in doing my daily activities without losing my breath. All these things really inspired me. Furthermore, by comparing the past to my present and the future, I remained motivated the entire time.

What problems did you face due to being overweight?

Due to excessive weight gain, I became very lazy and started losing energy. In fact, both these things are a bad part of weight gain.

What did you learn from your own weight loss story?

Sarthak says that I have learned many things during my fitness journey. Most importantly, it is never too late to start a fitness journey. One just needs to have determination and passion to reach the destination.
