For this some exercise is necessary from the beginning. In osteoarthritis, pain can be relieved by walking, cycling and doing certain knee exercises such as isometric and isotonic. To get relief from joint pain, it is very important to reduce the weight. Being overweight puts more pressure on the knees, due to which the difficulties increase. If you are able to lose weight by exercising, then you can get relief from knee pain.

According to experts, medicines such as acetaminophen, NSAIDS such as ibuprofen or etoshine are beneficial in osteoarthritis pain, but it would be right to take it only after consulting a doctor. Apart from this, NSAIDS like Volini gel can also provide relief from pain to some extent. If the pain is severe, then medicines like Tramadol (Ultracet) can be taken.

Symptoms of Osteoarthritis When the amount of uric acid in the blood increases, the risk of osteoarthritis increases. However this is not the only reason.
