Food For Mental Growth: The development of the child’s mind takes place in childhood itself. That is why doctors advise to give proper and balanced diet to the child from childhood. Food to make the child’s mind sharp 1- Egg – Children must be fed 1-2 eggs daily. Eating eggs is good for physical and mental development. 4- Banana- Feed banana daily to the growing child. Eating banana gives instant energy and it is the favorite fruit of children. Eating bananas provides vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin A, magnesium, potassium and fiber, which help in the development of the child.
5- Ghee- Earlier people did not say like this that if you feed ghee then your mind will be sharp. Give ghee to the child. Due to this, the body gets DHA and good fat. Both these things develop the mind of the child. Antifungal, antioxidant and antibacterial properties are found in Desi Ghee, which make immunity strong.
