Not roti, make masala lachha paratha, know its method

First of all, put wheat flour in a big vessel. Now add ajwain, kasoori fenugreek, oil and salt and mix it. Now add warm milk little by little and knead the dough. By applying flour with milk instead of water, the paratha becomes more tasty and soft. Now cover it and keep it for 20 minutes.

Hardly a day passes when roti is not made in the Indian kitchen. Usually women serve roti or plain paratha with different types of vegetables. But after eating the same kind of roti every day, sometimes I feel like eating something different. In such a situation, the best way is to prepare Masala Lachha Paratha with the help of wheat flour. It is healthy as well as very tasty and hence people like to eat it again and again. So today in this article we are telling you about the easy method of making Masala Lachha Paratha-

necessary ingredients-

– one cup wheat flour

– oregano

– tsp kasoori methi

– salt to taste

– 3/4 cup warm milk

– one tablespoon oil

Ingredients for the spice mix-

– One teaspoon red chili powder

– 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

– coriander powder

– Garam Masala

– salt to taste

– amchur powder

Other Ingredients-

– dry flour for dusting

– Ghee

– black sesame optional

– Oil

Method to make Masala Lachha Paratha-

First of all, put wheat flour in a big vessel. Now add ajwain, kasoori fenugreek, oil and salt and mix it. Now add warm milk little by little and knead the dough. By applying flour with milk instead of water, the paratha becomes more tasty and soft. Now cover it and keep it for 20 minutes. While the dough is setting, we will prepare the spice mix. For this, mix red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and amchur in a bowl. Keep it aside.

Now break a small ball of dough and roll it. Now dust it with dry flour and roll it into a roti. After this spread ghee over the roti and sprinkle the prepared spice mixture. Now fold it in a zig-zag manner and then roll it. Now sprinkle sesame seeds on one side and press lightly with hands. Now dust wheat flour and roll once again. Now put the pan on the flame and put the paratha on it on medium flame. Now fry by spreading oil on both the sides. Your Masala Lachha Paratha is ready. Crush it lightly with your hands and eat it hot.
