Do Kapalbhati like this- First of all sit in Padmasana and meditate with eyes closed. Now take a deep breath and while making a meditative posture, take a deep breath. Keep in mind that both your palms are on the knee. Keep your waist and neck straight. Before doing this, know that it is a forceful exhalation exercise. For this you take a deep breath and exhale rapidly through the nose. Do this for at least 1 minute.
Stop the practice slowly and feel its effect on the body after being calm. For more details watch the video link given below.
Keep in mind that while doing this, your face is normal. Do not make any kind of constriction on the nose and mouth. There is no need to force the stomach in and out. While exhaling, the stomach itself will be inside out.
To do Udyapan, take a deep breath and fill the breath completely in the stomach, hold and then slowly exhale while contracting the stomach inward. Now do the second cycle of Kapalbhati. For this, close your eyes, take a deep breath and exhale with force for 1 minute. If you practice it daily then you will get many benefits.
