Aamir Khan is taking a break from acting for so many years, himself told the reason for taking such a big decision

Mumbai. Aamir Khan recently surprised his fans with the announcement of taking a break. He has taken a break from his acting. Aamir was supposed to play a character in a film called ‘Champions’, but he refused to do it now. Aamir himself is also producing this film. He refused to act in the film but will produce it. Recently during a media interaction, he told that he wants to take a break from acting for some time to be with his mother and his children.

According to ANI, Aamir Khan said, “When I am doing a film as an actor, I get so lost in it that nothing else happens in my life. I had to do a film after ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ was called Champions. It’s an amazing script, a beautiful story, and it’s a heartwarming and lovely film.”

Aamir Khan further said, “But I think I want to take a break. Want to spend time with my family, with my mother, with my children. Please tell that Aamir Khan is taking a break from acting for the first time in his career of more than 3 decades. He further said, “I feel that I have been working for 35 years and I have focused on my work with concentration.”

Aamir Khan said, “I think it is not fair to the people close to me. That’s when I feel like I need to take some time out to be with him. And really life has to be experienced in a different way. I will not work as an actor for the next one and a half years.”

Aamir Khan was last seen in the film ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan. The film was the official Hindi remake of Tom Hanks’ Forrest Gump. The film got mixed response from the audience and critics.
