Mumbai. Prabhas and Kriti Sanon starrer film ‘Adipurush’ will not hit the theaters on its scheduled release date. This thing was already decided, but till now this thing has not been officially confirmed. But now the makers have announced that this film will not be released in January. The new release date of this film has now been fixed as June 16, 2023. Since the teaser, there was a constant ruckus about this film. Cases have also been registered regarding this film in many places. In the midst of all this uproar, the makers have now decided to pursue this mega budget film.
Announcing the new release date of his film, director Om Raut has written, ‘Aadipurush is not just a film, but a symbol of our devotion to Lord Ri Ram and our commitment to our glorious history and culture. To give an immersive experience to the audience, the people involved in the creation of Aadipurush need to devote a little more time. Aadipurush will now release on June 16, 2023. ‘Raghukul ritual has always gone, life may die but the word does not die.’
The message further read, ‘We are committed to making a film that the whole of India will be proud of. Your cooperation, love and blessings have always been motivating us in this Ramkaaj and will continue to do so. – Om Raut.
Director Om Raut has now sought more time for this film.
VFX, which was seen in the teaser of director Om Raut’s film ‘Adipurush’, was fiercely mocked on social media. Along with this, there was talk of tampering with facts in this film based on Ramayana. This teaser, which was released with full frills in Ayodhya, was rejected outright by a section of the audience.
