Now Jacqueline Fernandez’s lawyer has given his response regarding this letter. Jacqueline’s lawyer has said in a conversation with E-Times – If this letter is written through Sukesh Chandrashekhar, then the Enforcement Directorate ie ED should investigate the allegations made by him seriously, independently and impartially. Also their statements can be recorded under relevant legal provisions. Apart from this, investigation can be done to get to the bottom of the truth, especially the facts included in the letter should be specially investigated. At the same time, I would like to reiterate that Jacqueline Fernandes is innocent and she will continue to fight for her dignity under the legal process.
What was written in Sukesh’s letter?
Sukesh Chandrasekhar wrote in his letter that – It is very sad that Jacqueline Fernandez has been made an accused in PMLA i.e. money laundering case. We were both in a relationship. In such a situation, being in a relationship, I gave gifts to him and his family, now what is his fault in this. He never asked me for anything except my love and promise to stand by me. Let us tell you that Jacqueline Fernandes’s regular bail in connection with this money laundering case is to be heard on November 10 next month.
