Jharkhand’s daughter murdered in Bihar! The dead body was removed from the grave after 17 days on the order of the court

Dhanbad. In Jharkhand, the body of a woman was taken out from the grave after 17 days under the order of the court. The girl, a resident of Wassepur Nabinagar in Darsal district, was married according to Muslim customs in 2010 with Nafees Azad, a resident of Naya Bhojpur in Buxar district of Bihar. The family members allege that everything was going well after the marriage. After that, she was harassed for dowry as well as talks of land transactions with her father started.

When the demand for dowry was not met, the husband started beating the wife and children. On October 4, the information about the death of married woman Zainab Khatoon was given by the in-laws to the family members of Wasseypur, in which it was told that their daughter had died in a road accident. In a hurry, the maternal relatives reached Bhojpur and brought the dead body of Zainab Khatoon to Wasseypur. Zainab’s body was buried here. The maternal relatives of the married woman had lodged a case of dowry harassment on the in-laws’ side at a police station in Bhojpur district of Bihar state.

After the whole incident, the body was taken out from Shamsher Nagar graveyard, for which a five member team was formed to investigate the matter as per the instructions of Buxar SP and the team was sent to Dhanbad to take possession of the dead body. The team took possession of the dead body with the help of the forgotten OP in-charge and sent it to SNMMCH for post-mortem. The dead body has been taken out of the grave after 17 days, now the matter will be revealed only after investigation whether it is murder or accident.

Regarding this whole matter, the brother of the deceased Nurullah Qureshi had lodged an FIR in the Naya Bhojpur police station for the murder of the sister that our sister was murdered by giving poison, while the in-laws were telling the road accident. OP in-charge Nandu Pal told that the married woman living in Wasseypur had died in her in-laws’ house in Bhojpur. Road accident was stated to be the cause of death. The family members had lodged a case of dowry harassment in Bhojpur police station, under the same the dead body of the married woman has been taken out from the grave. The body was sent to SNMMCH for post-mortem.
