Karthik Aryan’s ‘obsessive’ fan when his wife started telling herself, the actor was scared

New Delhi: Kartik Aaryan is ready for the release of his next film ‘Freddy’. In ‘Freddy’, the actor will be seen playing the role of a shy dentist who turns into a killer at night. In an exclusive conversation with News18, Kartik recalled the time when an obsessed fan turned up at his house.

Recalling that incident, he says, ‘A girl showed me in a picture as a married couple with her. She took this and stood under my house and started claiming that both of us are married. I came to know about it much later. That was a little scary. I said, ‘What’s going on?’ (Laughs)!’

When the actor was asked about his passion in life, he said, ‘I am only passionate about my films, my work and my katori (pet dog).’ He is known for the image of lover boy. He has worked in films like ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ series, ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’, ‘Luka Chuppi’ and ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’. Karthik will be seen in a different style in the film ‘Freddy’.

He further says, ‘I was not worried about how the audience would react to my role. They are very smart. We released a mini clip from the film which was about a minute long, but he picked up little bits from it and really enjoyed them. I am glad that he has taken note of those things, because I also watch films like a spectator. I also like to be shocked and thrilled. Please tell that Karthik Aryan’s ‘Freddy’ will be released on 2 December.
