London. The funeral procession of Quinn Elizabeth will be completed on Monday. For the last 10 days many different procedures are being done. It is expected that more than two million people, along with politicians from around the world, can attend the funeral of the Queen. According to the New York Times, the funeral will begin at 11 am (London Time) on Monday. According to Indian time, it will be at 4:30 in the evening. The funeral will take place at Westminster Abbey and according to Buckingham Palace officials, The Royal Hospital Chelsea, which is the residence of veterans in West London, will host a gathering of heads of state and foreign royals before leaving for Westminster Abbey.

Currently, the Queen’s coffin is in Westminster Hall and after 6am (London time) on 19 September, the doors will be closed to the public. After this, preparations will begin for the Queen’s coffin to be taken to Westminster Abbey. According to the New York Times, Westminster Abbey will open at 8:00 a.m. (London time) for those who have been invited to the funeral. The New York Times also reported in its report that the coffin would be carried in a procession from Westminster Hall. On the way, personnel of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines will be stationed.
Around 200 musicians, including pipes and drums from Scottish and Irish regiments, will lead the procession. King Charles III and other members of the royal family will be on board. A two-minute silence will be observed across the UK at the end of the ceremony. The service is expected to end around 12 noon (UK time). After the service is over, a procession of the coffin will travel to Wellington Arch in London, after which it will be taken to Windsor.
The New York Times also revealed that after the funeral, the head of state and government representatives will attend a reception hosted by the foreign secretary. Now, after the Queen’s coffin reaches Windsor, the chariot will join a new procession on its journey to St. George’s Chapel. A commitment service will be held there. All members of the Queen’s staff, including those who have worked on private estates, will be in attendance. The Dean of Windsor will conduct the service there. According to the online media portal, the Imperial State crown, orb, and scepter will be removed from the top of the coffin.
