Talking about these films, Nawazuddin cited the example of Shah Rukh Khan and said that he is not bothered by his flop films.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui was last seen in ‘Heropanti 2’. Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria starrer Nawaz was seen in the role of Villain in this film. Directed by Ahmed Khan, this film earned only 24 crores. It was a sequel to Tiger’s debut film in the year 2014.
Nawazuddin said that the actors are to be blamed for the flop.
In a special conversation with News18, Nawazuddin Siddiqui said that ‘the picture may not run, but Nawazuddin Siddiqui will run. Hard work drives me forward. I never give up. I do not hold back from working hard, the rest depends on whether I am doing my work honestly or not. Sometimes there are many reasons for a film not doing well at the box office. Maybe the direction was not good. When a film flops at the box office, we don’t blame any director, we always blame the actors and say that this actor’s film flopped’.

no one blames the director-story
The actor further said, ‘For example, when a star like Shah Rukh Khan, who has a worldwide fan following, becomes a part of a film, he also serves his fans on a platter to the director. If despite all this the film does not work then it is not Shahrukh Khan’s fault, because he is giving so many audiences in a plate and not the director. It clearly means that the mistake is of the director or the story. But no one blames them, so I am not bothered about all these things.
Talking about Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s workfront, he will soon be seen in the film ‘Haddi’. Apart from this, films like ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’, ‘Jogira Sara Ra Ra’ are also in the pipeline.
