The hearing on the bail plea of Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, who was trapped in the cruise drugs case, was held in the sessions court on Wednesday. During this, there was a lot of cross-examination between the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and the lawyer appearing for Aryan. Now the matter will be heard after a day i.e. on Thursday.
Special Public Prosecutors AM Chimalkar and Advait Sethna argued for the NCB. At the same time, senior advocate Amit Desai and Satish Manshinde were present in the court on behalf of Aryan. During this, Aryan was accused of ‘international drug smuggling’ on behalf of Additional Solicitor General (ASG) Anil Singh.
Singh told the court, “The whole country is concerned about drug smuggling and consumption. This is a serious crime in the society. Parties are organized, drugs are consumed and college students are also involved in this. This is not only affecting the economic matters but otherwise also, we are concerned about the gangs involved in drug trafficking.
