Accused of rape by taking her to the bedroom on the pretext
In his complaint lodged with the Oshiwara police station, the designer has said that Rahul Jain contacted him on Instagram and praised his work. In the FIR, the woman has said that Rahul asked the designer to come to her flat in Andheri and also assured her that he would hire her as his personal costume stylist. The designer has further told in the FIR that when she reached Rahul Jain’s flat on August 11, Rahul asked her to see the things kept in his bedroom and then he raped her there.
Said- Rahul harassed on protesting
The woman has also told that when she started protesting, Rahul Jain harassed her and later tried to destroy the evidence as well. The police have registered a case against Rahul under different sections of the IPC, including sections 376 (rape), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt to any person), 506 (intimidation). However, no arrest has been made in this case so far.
Rahul said – these allegations are baseless
Responding to this allegation, Rahul has said, ‘I do not know this woman. The allegations made by him are completely false and baseless. Earlier also a woman had made similar allegations against me, but I got justice in that case. Maybe this woman is related to him.
Such allegations have been leveled against Rahul earlier as well.
Let us tell you that this is not the first time that such allegations have been made against Rahul. Last year, Rahul and two more members of his family have been accused of rape, forced abortion and cheating.

Rahul got popularity in the year 2014 through the show MTV Aloft Star. He has sung songs like ‘Ghar Se Nikla’, ‘Na Tum Rahe Na Hum’ and ‘Chal Diya’ for ‘Teri Yaad’ (Fever), ‘Aane Wale Kal’ (1921) and web series ‘Spotlight’. Let us tell you that Rahul has worked as a music composer for films like ‘Kaagaz’ and ‘Jhootha Kahin Ka’. Apart from this, he has also composed songs for some web series.
