Home Ministry said – be alert, danger of civil war
State governments were warned, instructions for strict action
Islamabad. The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued an alert regarding the Hakiki Azadi March started by former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan on Friday. The ministry has said that there is a danger of civil war in Pakistan and government employees should be alert and stay away from the Hakiki Azadi march. Here the state governments have also been warned that they should take extra security regarding the Hakiki Azadi March. Sources say that the government can arrest Imran Khan. Although its results can be wrong, but the Shahbaz Sharif government is ready to deal with this challenge as well.
The army is also not happy with Imran Khan and Islamabad has been converted into a cantonment. Imran Khan has announced the Hakiki Azadi March from Liberty Chowk in Lahore to Islamabad. Imran Khan has demanded that immediate mid-term elections should be held in Pakistan by dissolving the National Assembly. Hakiki Azadi March has started from Lahore and it is being claimed that it will pass through fixed routes. This is Imran Khan’s second march. Earlier, he had taken out a similar march in May as well.
High alert regarding Hakiki Azadi March, 13,000 officers deployed
The Ministry of Home Affairs has deployed 13,000 officers on high alert regarding Hakiki Azadi March. However, Imran Khan and his party are repeatedly repeating that the Hakiki Azadi March will be peaceful. Pakistan’s Home Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that strict action will be taken against whoever breaks the law. The Supreme Court has issued a clear order regarding the performance. We have no objection if the protesters follow it.
