Worldwide Collection: ‘Brahmastra’ beats Salman Khan’s ‘Kick’, after 18 days this is the situation
There is a lot of confusion on the internet and social media regarding the collection of Brahmastra made under the direction of Ayan Mukerji. Many figures are being told about the earnings of this film. Whereas in reality the film has done a net business of Rs 253.08 crore till the 18th day on Monday in all the five languages at the box office in the country. The net collection of the film in Hindi version alone is Rs 226.53 crore in 18 days. While the film’s gross collection across the country is Rs 272.98 crore and the worldwide gross collection is Rs 106 crore. In this way, the total gross of the film worldwide including cross collection in the country and abroad is Rs 378.98 crores.

Seeing the earnings of ‘Brahmastra’ on Monday, the 18th day at the domestic box office, it seems that now the pace of earnings is going to slow down. In its third weekend, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the film grossed a whopping Rs 23.12 crore. On Sunday, the film did a business of Rs 6.30 crore in all the five languages. Whereas on Monday its earnings have come down to Rs 1.96 crore. Under the offer on the occasion of Navratri, the cost of tickets in theaters has been kept at Rs 100. In such a situation, the number of viewers coming to the theaters has increased, but due to low prices, the earnings have decreased. On Monday, the film has collected Rs 1.85 crore in the Hindi version. In this way the total earning in Hindi has now become Rs 226.53 crore.

Inspired by mythological tales, the budget of this scientific-fiction film ‘Brahmastra’ is being said to be Rs 410 crore. The film may have become the highest grossing Bollywood film of the year 2022, but it is difficult to get the tag of a hit. For this the film will have to collect at least Rs 450 crore. Whereas both the new films releasing at the box office on Friday, 30 September are expected to damage the earnings of ‘Brahmastra’.
