CBSE Board Passing Marks: How many numbers are required to pass in the board exam

CBSE may release Term 1 Result today. In such a situation, there is a need to know about the minimum passing marks to pass in the examination. Let us know what the board has set the passing marks. To pass the CBSE board exam, the required marks set by the board is called the minimum marks. The minimum marks required by the students to pass the board exams of class 10th and class 12th is required and CBSE has set this score as 33%.

CBSE Passing Marks 2022 will be same for class 10, 11 and 12 term 1 and 2. The minimum passing marks out of 40 is 13 marks i.e. 33% of 40. This means that a student has to score 13 out of 40 marks to pass. It is mandatory for the students to obtain separate passing marks in Practical, Theory and Internal Assessment of CBSE Class 12 and 10.

Important things regarding CBSE Passing Marks Class 10th 2022-

1. The pattern of all other regional and foreign languages ​​will be same as that of English with 27 passing marks for theory exam and 7 marks for internal assessment.
2. Some schools also provide AI and Information Technology options for class 10th students so their CBSE pass marks will be same as computer application.
3. Students should note that in order to pass CBSE 10th Board Exam, it is necessary to secure 33% marks in aggregate and also they have to secure 33% marks in both theory and practical/internal assessment separately.

Important Points for Passing Marks in CBSE Class 12th

1. For Arts stream, the theory paper of some other subjects like Geography, Biotechnology etc. is of 70 marks.
2. CBSE Skill Subjects like Painting, Graphics, Sculpture, Computer Applications etc are generally conducted for 30 marks of Theory.
3. 33% marks will be considered as passing marks in CBSE for calculation of other subjects.
