The Urban Learning Internship Program (TULIP) is an initiative to provide internship opportunities to the youth of the country. It has been jointly launched by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Under this program, students who have passed graduation are given internship opportunity as per their merit in all smart cities and municipal bodies across the country. Under this program, a target has been set to provide internship to about 1 crore Indian youth by the year 2025.
Essential Qualification for Internship
Graduate pass Indian citizens can apply for internship under this program. Keep in mind that graduates can apply for this program only within 18 months of passing.

Internships can be done from eight weeks to one year under the Tulip program.
Those who do internships under the Tulip program get a stipend of Rs 5000-25,000 per month. The stipend amount is different in all smart cities and municipalities. The applicant can get information in this regard by contacting the concerned smart city or municipal body.
