JEE-Main first stage begins today, Bachelor in Architecture exam will be held on the first day
JEE Mains Exam 2022 Begins Today: Engineering Entrance Exam 2022 The first phase of JEE-Main (JEE Mains 2022) will start from today. On the first day, the examination for Bachelor in Architecture will be held in two shifts. This examination will be held in only one examination center in Kota, Vedanta College of Engineering and Technology Jakhmund Bundi. After this, there will be an entrance exam for B.Tech and BE from June 24 to 29. These exams will be conducted in 521 cities in the country and 22 abroad. This exam will be held in 24 cities in Rajasthan, in which Ajmer, Alwar, Bikaner, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Bikaner, Chittor Churu, Dosa, Dholpur, Hanumangarh, Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Jhunjhunu, Jodhpur, Karauli, Kota, Nagaur, Pali, Sawai Madhopur, Sikar , Sirohi, Sriganganagar and Udaipur.
The pattern of B-Arch exam will be like this –
Career counseling expert Amit Ahuja told that the B.Arch exam will be in three parts. The first part will be mathematics, the second part will be computer based of aptitude test and the third part will be paper based drawing exam. A total of 82 questions of 400 marks will be asked in which 20 multiple choice questions of 100 marks and 10 numerical value based questions from Mathematics, 50 questions of 200 marks from Aptitude Test and two questions of 100 marks from Drawing will be asked. For the first time in the Mathematics part asked to the student, 10 numerical value based questions will be asked out of which any 5 questions will have to be solved. Along with this, the first part of mathematics and second part of aptitude exam remains same as that of B.Arch but in the third part planning based 25 multiple choice questions of 100 marks will be asked. Thus, 105 questions of 400 marks will be asked in this exam. In this also, the student will be asked 10 numerical value based questions for the first time in the Mathematics section, out of which any 5 questions will have to be solved.
Carry your own geometry box set for BARC
Expert Amit Ahuja told that for the drawing test to be held in the third part of BARC, the student will have to carry his own geometry box set, pencils and crayons. Students will not be allowed to use watercolor on the drawing sheet. Ahuja said that different reporting time has been given to each student in the JEE Main admit cards by NTA. Students should report at the examination center as per the reporting time given in their admit card. The entrance gates will be closed half an hour before the commencement of the examination. In the self-declaration format given to the students, the student will have to carry the left hand thumb impression and the photograph of himself. The student will have to put his own signature in this format in front of the examiner at the examination centre.
Carry Aadhar card or any ID proof –
Students should carry Aadhar card or any ID proof self-declaration filled admit card, transparent pen, self photograph, sanitizer and transparent bottle of water with themselves. Students will not be allowed to bring any electronic gadget with them. Also, thick-soled shoes and clothes with big buttons will not be allowed. The students will be allotted a lab through thermal scanning at the entrance through the bar code reader given in the admit card, as well as a three-layer mask will be given to the students, which will be mandatory for the student to use while taking the exam. Students will be provided 6 rough sheets for rough work at the examination center, on which the student will have to return the roll number and name to the invigilator after the completion of the examination. Along with this, the student will also have to leave the admit card and self-declaration form at the given place at the end of the examination.
