CAT 2024 Registration Date Extended: Another chance has been given to apply for Common Admission Test 2024. Those candidates who could not apply earlier, should fill the form now. Now the last date to apply for this exam has been extended. Under this, now candidates can apply for CAT 2024 till 20 September 2024. Earlier the last date to fill the form was 13 September. Take advantage of this opportunity and apply on time.
Who can apply
To apply, it is necessary that the candidate has a master’s degree with at least 50 percent marks from a recognized university. For reserved category and PH category candidates, it is 45 percent.
The examination will be conducted on 24 November 2024 at different centers in 170 cities of the country. Eligible candidates who want to take admission in MBA can apply.

how much will the fee be
This year the fee for applying for CAT exam has been increased slightly. Earlier the fee for general category was Rs 2400 which has been increased to Rs 2500 this year. Whereas the fee for reserved category and PH category was Rs 1200 which has been increased to Rs 1250 this year. After applying, make sure to pay the fee otherwise the application will not be complete.

Keep some things in mind while applying, otherwise you may face problems later. The first important thing is that while applying, keep your mobile number and email address such that it remains functional in future. Communication will be done with you through this. In case of change of number or wrong ID, you will face problems.
Upload only passport size photo and signature and also keep in mind that the photo should be more than 6 months old. Its background should be white and you should take this photo with you on the day of examination, which will be matched.

By extending the last date, candidates have got a chance to make all the preparations related to the application and fill the form very carefully. If any mistake is made at any stage, your form can be cancelled.
