Candidates who want to appear in this exam can apply by visiting the official website of BPSC bpsc.bih.nic.in. A total of 1929 posts will be filled through this recruitment exam.
Through this campaign, 200 posts of Sub-Divisional Officer and Senior Deputy Collector, 150 posts of Deputy Superintendent of Police, 168 posts of State Tax Assistant Commissioner, total 678 posts under Level 9, 393 posts of RDO under Level 7, 287 posts of Revenue Officer, 233 posts of Supply Inspector, 125 posts in SC/ST Welfare Department, 35 posts in Industry and other departments will be filled. Along with this, 215 posts of other departments and total 1251 posts under Level 7 will be filled.
This time the preliminary exam will have multiple choice questions of 150 marks. Negative marking will also be applicable in this.
The prelims exam can be conducted on more than one date. The number of vacancies may increase or decrease and it will depend on the court order.
The mains exam can be conducted in February or March 2024. 50% reservation will be applicable in this recruitment process.
