The matter may reach the Supreme Court
In this entire matter, CBI lawyer Shriram Shirasath has opposed his petition. CBI can challenge the look out notice order in the Supreme Court. The case has been adjourned till January 30. Now this matter will be heard in February only. The court has also asked the CBI to return the passports of Rhea’s parents, which were submitted as a bail condition.
