Actually, Kareena Kapoor and Hansal Mehta were asked questions about the film ‘Shahid’.
When ‘Shahid’ was mentioned in front of Kareena
Actually, Kareena attended the trailer launch event of The Buckingham Murders. This is Bebo’s first project with Hansal Mehta. During the national launch event, someone mentioned Hansal Mehta’s ‘Shahid’ and said- ‘We have seen your track record, you have made a film like Shahid which is a National Award winning film. This murder mystery (The Buckingham Murders) also has a very sensitive issue attached to it. That’s why I mentioned Shahid. So how difficult was it to do both of these at the level of script and director?’

Shahid was released in 2013
Let us tell you, ‘Shahid’, directed by Hansal Mehta, was released in 2013. Rajkumar Rao was seen in the lead role in the film. The film was based on the life of lawyer and human rights activist Shahid Azmi, who was murdered in 2010. The film received a tremendous response from the audience and it won two National Awards.
