Malayalam actor Vinayakan has been accused of scuffling with gate staff at Shamshabad airport in Hyderabad. The police registered a case on Saturday. According to a PTI report, Vinayakan was in an inebriated state. Vinayakan, who was last seen playing the main villain in Rajinikanth’s film ‘Jailer’, boarded an IndiGo flight from Kochi to Goa via Hyderabad. He was reportedly inebriated and got into an argument with the gate staff of IndiGo Airlines. He later even scuffled with the officials. The actor was detained by CISF and later handed over to the police.
Case filed against Vinayakan
After the complaint, the actor was handed over to the airport police. The police have registered a case against Vinayakan and are investigating. In the video shared on Twitter, Vinayakan was seen sitting shirtless on the floor and shouting at the staff members, due to which he was detained at the airport. In this case, the police say, ‘A case has been registered and investigation is going on.’ No clarification has been given by Vinayakan on this entire matter.

Let us tell you, this is not the first time Vinayakan has been in trouble. In October 2023, Vinayakan was arrested by the Kerala Police for allegedly creating a ruckus while drunk. South trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan tweeted, ‘Actor Vinayakan has been arrested by the Ernakulam North Police for allegedly creating a ruckus at the local police station. The police said the arrest was due to causing a disturbance at the police station. The actor was taken to the General Hospital for medical examination.’ On the work front, Vinayakan will next be seen in Chiyaan Vikram’s Dhruva Natchathiram. The film has been stalled for several months and there is no clarity on the release date
