what is anemia
According to health experts, the risk of anemia increases due to low hemoglobin in the body. Hemoglobin is a type of protein that helps in body functioning. This increases the red blood cells in the body and maintains the flow of oxygen in the blood cells. When there is less iron in the body, this problem increases. Excessive caffeine, cigarettes and alcohol can also cause anemia, because due to this the body is not able to absorb iron properly.
