Decide healthy diet based on blood group, you will always remain fit and fine, know what X says

Blood Group Diet: Food has the biggest impact on our body. Healthy diet maintains both mental and physical health. Very few people know that diet is also related to blood group. If diet is taken on the basis of blood group, then many types of diseases can be avoided. It has also been told in many researches that we should take diet according to the blood group.

Diet according to blood group
Taking diet according to blood group keeps the body healthy and also controls weight. This makes life longer. Along with healthy food, exercise also plays an important role in this. But due to lack of information many people do not eat food according to blood group.

O blood group
People with ‘O’ blood group should eat high protein food. They should eat meat, fish, green vegetables and fruits. Also include grains, beans and legumes in your diet. Sea food, sea plant, broccoli, spinach and olive oil are best for people of O blood group to lose weight. People of this blood group should avoid eating wheat, corn and dairy products.

A blood group
People with type ‘A’ blood group should eat fruits, vegetables, tofu, sea food and whole grains. They should not eat meat. To lose weight, foods like sea food, vegetables, pineapple, olive oil and soya should be included in your diet. Dairy, wheat, corn and kidney beans should not be eaten.

B blood group
People with type ‘B’ blood group should eat a variety of foods including meat, fruits, dairy, seafood and grains. To lose weight, one must drink green vegetables, eggs, liver and liquorice tea. People of such groups should avoid chicken, corn, peanuts and wheat.

AB blood group
People with ‘AB’ blood group must eat dairy, tofu, fish, grains, fruits and vegetables. For weight loss, include tofu, sea food, green vegetables and sea plants in your diet. Eat chicken, corn and kidney beans also. Ayurveda also believes the same thing.

Exercise according to blood group
Not only this, exercises should also be done differently for people with different blood groups. People with type O blood should do high intensity aerobic exercise. People with type A blood group should do low intensity gym. People belonging to other groups should do regular and moderate exercise.
