Eating food at the right time reduces the risk of diabetes, the study revealed its usefulness.

This research published in ‘Annals of Internal Medicine’ states that eating food at the right time can significantly reduce the risk of diabetes. Research says that eating food at the right time not only prevents blood sugar from increasing but can also reduce the risk of diabetes type 2. People who follow their diet i.e. eating habits according to the body’s natural biological clock are at less risk of diabetes.

Eating food at the right time will boost metabolism
Research has said that people who eat all their meals and drinks within eight to ten hours of the day and fast the rest of the time, their blood sugar remains under control. The blood sugar of such people always remains below the danger mark. The body works according to the biological clock on a 24-hour circadian rhythm. If food is eaten accordingly, the hormone levels, digestion and energy will automatically remain under control.

For example, in the morning the body digests food properly and this puts less pressure on metabolism. This also keeps blood sugar under control. On the other hand, if a person eats late, his metabolism gets adversely affected and blood sugar goes out of control. Eating at the right time at night boosts metabolism and reduces the risk of increasing blood sugar.
