How to choose the right pillow?

Choose a pillow that conforms to the natural contours of your body and provides proper support to your neck and spine. Memory foam, latex and feather pillows are popular choices that cater to a variety of preferences. Before buying, check the pillow properly to see how comfortable it is. To avoid health issues, wash the pillowcase every 1-2 weeks and the pillowcase every 3-6 months, depending on usage.
