About 13 types of vitamins are required for various functions of the body to function properly. These contain Vitamin A, B (B6, B12, Thiamine-B1, Riboflavin-B2, Niacin-B3, Pathogenic Acid-B5, Biotin-B7, Folate-B9), Vitamin C, D, E and K.

Vitamin A: Necessary for improving eyesight, teeth, bones and muscles.

Vitamin B6: Vitamin B6 is essential for the production of red blood cells in the body and to maintain proper brain function.

Vitamin B12 : They are very important in the proper functioning of the central nervous system. Necessary in strengthening metabolism and formation of red blood cells.

Vitamin C : Vitamin C is very essential for healing wounds of the body, keeping teeth strong and skin. They play an important role in strengthening immunity.

Vitamin D : Vitamin D is very essential in strengthening bones, because it helps in the absorption of calcium and strengthens bones and teeth.

Vitamin E : Fat soluble vitamin E helps in maintaining the energy of the body. Help them run properly.

Vitamin K : Vitamin K helps in clotting of blood in case of any kind of injury. If it is deficient, blood flow does not stop.

Vitamin B1 : Thiamine i.e. Vitamin B1 is required to convert the carbohydrates that the body gets from food into energy.

Vitamin B2 : Vitamin B2 plays an important role in the production of red blood cells in the body. These are very important for digestion and skin.

Vitamin B3 : Necessary to maintain the function of the nervous system and make the skin healthy.

Vitamin B5: They are essential for boosting metabolism, hormone production and maintaining cholesterol levels.

Vitamin B7 : Necessary in the metabolism of proteins and carbohydrates and hormone production in the body.

Vitamin B9 :Vitamin is essential for the production of red blood cells and DNA.
