If you eat too many oranges in winter then do not eat them at all… this can be a serious disease.

There was a time when oranges were available only in winters but now oranges are available throughout the year. Orange is very good for our body because it contains Vitamin C. Kidney

According to health experts, eating too much orange has a very dangerous effect on the kidneys. Due to which kidney disease can occur. If people already have it, it can trigger it. People suffering from kidney stones or kidney related diseases should avoid eating oranges. Because it contains plenty of potassium which is harmful for the kidneys.

Many people start having allergy problems after eating sour fruits. If people who have allergy problems eat sour fruits like lemon or orange, their allergy may increase. Vitamin C, antioxidants, fiber and many minerals are found in abundance in orange. Like strawberries, they are rich in antioxidants.  If you are struggling with cholesterol disease then you should eat orange. Eating orange reduces LDL i.e. bad cholesterol. 

If you are struggling with cholesterol, orange is generally healthy, but excessive consumption of it can cause digestive problems due to the fiber content. Additionally, individuals with certain medical conditions such as citrus allergies or kidney problems should limit their intake. Eating too many oranges can also cause serious problems like vomiting, nausea, headache. 

Who should not eat oranges?

People who have kidney and liver disease should not eat oranges. Because the amount of potassium in orange is very high. People with citrus allergies should eat oranges every day. Always consult a health care professional. Should eat orange. Eating orange reduces LDL i.e. bad cholesterol.
