2 cups coconut flakes
2 cups sugar
1 tax lost
half teaspoon cardamom
half teaspoon chopped cashews
2 spoons ghee
Learn how to prepare
To make coconut barfi, first heat ghee in a pan. After this, add cashew nuts and fry them till they turn golden and keep them aside. After that, put khoya in the pan, add coconut powder and sugar and cook on low flame while stirring continuously. After this, when water stops coming out of the coconut, add cardamom and cashew nuts in the pan and mix well. After this let it cool for two to three minutes. Then with the help of a knife, cut it into the shape of barfi. After this, when the barfi cools down completely, store it in an air container. You can also offer it to Lakshmi-Ganesh. By making sweets at home, you can quickly decorate your house by purchasing decorations from the market. This will take less time and your preparation will also be done.
