Control your weight and avoid obesity

Excessive weight increases the chances of heart disease, paralysis, diabetes, blood pressure and blood clotting, that is why it is important to pay attention to changing your lifestyle to control excess weight. Nowadays, the problem of weight gain is being seen more in people, which has a harmful effect on heart health. It is not right to remain hungry to lose weight, hence if regular exercise is done along with a healthy and balanced diet, weight can be controlled.

Get your complete body checkup done once a year

Due to the lifestyle associated with urban life, the chances of having diseases like blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol etc. are many times higher. We are not able to understand the symptoms related to these diseases, for which we need our full body checkup. Through this we can find out the exact problem and accordingly treatment can be taken from the appropriate doctor. Keep your life stress free

The risk of heart attack and paralysis increases in people who have more stress in their lives. For this, it is important to reduce stress by engaging yourself in sports or any hobby.

Reduce the amount of salt and sugar in food

Most people have the habit of adding more salt to their food for taste, which is not right. Consuming excess salt increases the risk of blood pressure manifold. Adding salt to food is also harmful, hence do not add salt on the table. At the same time, the number of diabetic patients is also increasing rapidly in India, which has a direct relation with heart related risks, hence it is important that we control the amount of sweets in our food.

Do not use tobacco

Smoking or tobacco present in pan masala increases the risk of heart attack.  Especially among the youth, even after stopping the use of tobacco, heart related risk remains for the next 20 to 25 years, hence it is important to maintain distance from tobacco.

Control Cholesterol

You should control your cholesterol level by reducing the use of ghee, oil and fried foods in your food because excess cholesterol can increase the risk of heart blockage or heart attack. LDL means bad cholesterol which cannot be controlled by diet alone, for this it is also very important to do cardio exercise. 

Don’t spend excessive time on social media

Exercise and sports are very important to keep yourself healthy. Nowadays the youth spend most of their day on social media. It is important to pay attention to health along with social media and engage in physical activities instead of spending more time on mobile.

Walk for 45 minutes every day

In the guidelines given by the American College of Cardiology, it is clearly stated that walking for 45 minutes every day is good for health. Taking out 45 minutes of walking regularly increases blood circulation in the body, due to which the heart is also able to function smoothly.
