These are the things which are not sweet… but they increase diabetes the most.

The biggest cause of diabetes is insulin resistance. When the hormone insulin is not able to properly control the blood sugar level in the body. Or the cells that produce insulin are not able to function properly. So it increases blood sugar level, diabetes and obesity. Diabetes can also be caused by excessive smoking, alcohol and bad lifestyle. 

Things made from sugar or refined sugar are also said to be the cause of diabetes. You will be most surprised that the things which we consider healthy can also cause diabetes. Eating too much protein

Protein is essential for the muscles of the body. But it is not that helpful in breaking down carbs. A diabetic patient should eat protein with caution. Because too much protein increases fat and carbohydrates. The amount of fat is also very high in protein items. Due to which weight increases. 

Fruit Juice

Fruit juice is considered very healthy but it can also increase the sugar level in your blood. Fruit juices contain a lot of fructose. Fructose is linked to insulin resistance, obesity and heart disease. 

Dry Fruits

The fruit is rich in vitamin C and potassium. It is also a huge source of minerals. But when the fruits dry up, there is lack of water in it. And more quantity of nutrients. Due to which its sugar level also increases. If you are a diabetic patient then you should not eat dry fruits. 

Dairy Products

Dairy products contain large amounts of calcium and vitamins. But for your information, let us tell you that it also contains sugar called lactose. Therefore, you should eat things containing carbs thoughtfully. High fat dairy increases cholesterol.
