Morning- Adai Dosa and Mint-Curd Chutney

Afternoon- Potato-cabbage curry, brown rice and a cup of tomato juice.

Evening- Have a small cup of popcorn seasoned with salt and pepper.

Night- Tomato Rice and Potato Curry

sixth day

In the morning- prepare salty vermicelli with vegetables and peanuts and eat it.

Afternoon- Have veg sambar with brown rice or white rice

Night- Multigrain chapatti and ghee curry, a cup of green tea at bedtime.

seventh day

Morning- Rava Idli, Coconut Chutney and Tomato Curry

Afternoon- Tomato Curry and Vada

Evening- Eat half a bowl of curd mixed with some cinnamon and melted dark chocolate.

Afternoon- Millet Pongal with Tomato-Onion Chutney
