Night- Tomato Rice and Potato Curry
sixth day
In the morning- prepare salty vermicelli with vegetables and peanuts and eat it.
Afternoon- Have veg sambar with brown rice or white rice
Night- Multigrain chapatti and ghee curry, a cup of green tea at bedtime.
seventh day
Morning- Rava Idli, Coconut Chutney and Tomato Curry
Afternoon- Tomato Curry and Vada
