The commission is asking for the details of the fund received by the party from 2017-18 to 2021-22, audit report of income-expenditure, expenditure made in the elections, but the whereabouts of these parties are not known.
The commission also served notices through speed post, but most of these speed posts also came back. After this, the commission got the physical verification done, then the addresses of most of them turned out to be fake. In such a situation, the Commission has now issued a public notice and asked to provide the information sought by June 25 in any situation.
Sowjanya, Chief Electoral Officer of Uttarakhand says that this is the final notice. After this complete details will be sent to the Central Election Commission. Further action will be taken by the Central Election Commission.

Like Bharat Qaumi Dal, Bhartiya Shakti Sena, Maidan Kranti Dal, Pragatisheel Lok Manch Nainital, Prajatantrik Party of India, Rashtriya Gram Vikas Party, Janata Cabinet Party… The registration of parties can also be terminated.
