There is news of the death of a five-year-old child in a madrasa in Delhi. This madrasa is located in Dayalpur in Northeast Delhi. The information given by the police about this madrasa is shocking. According to the police, the child had blisters on his neck, stomach and waist. The police received information about the death of the boy in Brijpuri madrasa at 9:52 pm on Friday night, after which the police reached the spot and recovered the body of the child.
“At 6.30 pm on Friday, the child’s mother learnt that her son was ill. She took him to a private hospital in Brijpuri where doctors declared him dead,” police said. She returned to the madrasa with the child’s body and a huge crowd gathered there. They placed the child’s body on the ground and demanded strict action against the madrasa administration. Later, police reached the spot and shifted the body to the mortuary of GTB hospital. “They also assured a proper probe into the matter following which the crowd dispersed,” the official said.
The child’s mother is a domestic help in Punjabi Bagh area of ​​West Delhi. The mother told that her son was studying in the madrasa for the last five months. The child’s father lives in Uttar Pradesh and comes to Delhi once a month. They also have two more children. There is a 10-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl. In the initial investigation, a large number of boils and blisters have been found in the neck, stomach and waist area, the police said in a statement. Haji Deen Mohammad is the principal of the madrasa where the child died under suspicious circumstances. About 250 boys study in it. Police said that 150 of them are from outside Delhi, mainly from Uttar Pradesh.
Another official said more details would be known after the post-mortem and further investigation was underway.
