Prashant had said that if one-third of the founder members of Jan Suraj express no confidence in the area of ​​MLAs won by his party, then voting will be conducted there and if the confidence of the founding members is not achieved in the voting, then he will have to resign.

Many leaders who were sidelined in other parties have joined Jan Suraj in recent times, which include names like Devendra Prasad Yadav, Monajir Hasan, Purnamasi Ram, Sitaram Yadav, Vineeta Vijay. There is a discussion that before the elections, many IAS and IPS officers working on important posts in Bihar and other states can join Jan Suraj Party after retirement and contest the elections.
