Additional Civil Judge Senior Section-2/ MP-MLA Court Judge Arjun Singh has issued a notice to her to appear on October 25.
Advocate Sanjay Sharma said that Gajendra Sharma, resident of Mohalla Namak Mandi, Dibai, National Organization Minister of Bharatiya Kisan Union (Kisan Shakti), has filed a case in the MP-MLA court. It has been said that in the year 2021-22, farmers had protested for 13 months in Delhi against the three agricultural laws brought by the central government. During this time, farmer leader Gajendra Sharma was also sitting on a dharna with the farmers at the Ghazipur border.

Even after becoming an MP from Mandi Lok Sabha of Himachal, Kangana Ranaut has made many controversial statements on farmers and women. Regarding this, Gajendra Sharma filed a case in the MP-MLA court on 19 September. On 20 September, the court accepted the petition and issued a notice to MP and actress Kangana Ranaut to appear in court on 25 October.
