After Air India, two Indigo flights received bomb threat – Hindustan News Hub

A big news is coming out. After Air India, now two Indigo flights have received bomb threats. Security checks of these flights have been started immediately. The first flight was going from Mumbai to Jeddah, whose number is 6E56, it has been threatened with a bomb. At the same time, the second threat has been given to flight number 6E1275 going from Mumbai to Muscat. Security checks of both the flights have been started immediately.

Indigo gave this information

While giving information, IndiGo spokesperson said that flight 6E 1275 from Mumbai to Muscat had received a bomb threat. As per protocol, the flight was diverted to a separate bay, and following the Standard Operating Procedure, mandatory security checks were immediately initiated. Further IndiGo spokesperson said that the second IndiGo flight number 6E 56 going from Mumbai to Jeddah has also received a bomb threat. As per protocol, the aircraft was moved to an isolated location and mandatory security checks were immediately initiated, following standard operating procedures.

Earlier in the morning, a bomb threat was issued against an Air India flight, which made an emergency landing at Delhi airport.

BCAS gave information

According to Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS), a total of three flights had received bomb threats today. This includes two IndiGo and one Air India. One Indigo plane has been allowed to take off. Soon the two remaining planes will be allowed to fly.

BCAS also gave information about the planes. He told that 3 flights had received bomb threats.

1. AirIndia119 Mumbai-JFK diverted to Delhi Airport

2. IndiGo6 Mumbai-Muscat 6E1275

3. IndiGo Mumbai-Jeddah 6E56
