Alarm bells in Manipur! 900 terrorists entered from Myanmar, claims intelligence report

Intelligence agencies report says that about 900 terrorists from Myanmar have entered Manipur and they are plotting to carry out a major incident. This has also been confirmed by Manipur government’s security advisor Kuldeep Singh. He said that security agencies have been put on high alert in view of the threat from Kuki terrorists. Special security arrangements have been made in the hilly area adjoining Myanmar. This area is Kuki dominated.

According to reports, these terrorists who infiltrated from Myanmar are also experts in flying drones. Kuldeep Singh said that this intelligence report cannot be taken lightly. The intelligence report has been sent to the SP and other police officers of all the districts. The report said that the terrorists coming to Manipur from Myanmar are experts in drone-based projectiles, missiles and fighting in the jungle.

Terrorists are planning to attack together

The report says that these terrorists want to spread across the state in groups of 30 each. After this, they are plotting to simultaneously target Meitei villages in the last week of September. Regarding the report, Kuldeep Singh said that it is 100 percent correct. He said that it is right to prepare by trusting the intelligence input. Even if it is not correct, there are only two possibilities. Either it did not happen, or it was not allowed to happen due to the efforts of the security agencies.

Let us tell you that the armed group in Myanmar is fighting against the junta and has also captured a large part. Fierce conflict is being seen between the junta and the ethnic group in the Chin province. Soldiers from the areas bordering India keep trying to escape to India. Chasing them, rebels from Chin province also try to enter India. The Manipur government has said many times that foreign forces are also involved in the violence that has been going on for more than a year. Infiltration from Myanmar is also responsible for the violence.

Regarding the incidents of increased violence since September 1, Kuldeep Singh said that a meeting of the Strategic Operation Group was held on September 18. In this, the security agencies were asked to conduct operations together. Apart from this, intelligence reports were also discussed. He said that the top officials of the agencies have been informed about the intelligence reports. Apart from this, Churachandpur, Pherzaul, Tengnoupal, Kamjong and Ukhrul districts have also been put on high alert.
