The development authority proved the allegations of theft of fancy lights worth lakhs of rupees from Rampath and Bhakti Path in Ayodhya baseless after investigation and registered a case against the company in Ram Janmabhoomi police station for fraud and other matters. Area officer Ashutosh Tiwari has confirmed the registration of the case.
Let us tell you that on the 9th of last month, Shekhar Sharma, resident of Hisar Haryana, on behalf of the company, as a representative of M/s Yash Enterprises and Krishna Auto Mobile, had accused the thieves of stealing 3800 bamboo lights and 36 Gobo projector lights in the Ramjanmbhoomi police station. He said that at the time of Pran Pratishtha, he had installed 6400 bamboos on the trees of Ram Path and 96 Gobo projectors on Bhakti Path, but on inspection on 9th May, it was found that their number had reduced to less than half.
After the news appeared in the media, SP supremo Akhilesh Yadav also called the matter serious and raised questions on the security arrangements at the X because this area falls in the high security zone. The development authority immediately started an investigation and found that the allegations were baseless. Commissioner Gaurav Dayal also said that the theft of lights on such a large scale was impossible. Authority secretary Satyendra Singh said that this propaganda was created by the company for fake payment, hence a case of fraud has been registered against it.
