Amrit Udyan: Amrit Udyan will open for public from today, book tickets like this, know big things

New Delhi. Amrit Udyan located at Rashtrapati Bhavan will be opened for the common people from 31st January i.e. from today. President Draupadi Murmu inaugurated the Udyan Utsav 2023. Rashtrapati Bhavan has issued a statement saying that Amrit Udyan will be open to the public from January 31 to March 26, where people can roam here from 10 am to 4 pm. Along with this, it was also told that the garden will open from March 28 to March 31 for specific categories of people.

Under this, it will be open for farmers on March 28, for Divyang on March 29, for army and paramilitary forces and policemen on March 30 and for women and tribal women of self-help groups on March 31. Let us tell you that during the tenure of the previous presidents, gardens like Herbal-1, Herbal-2, Tactile Garden, Bonsai Garden and Arogya Vanam were developed here. On Saturday, the central government had changed the name of the historic Mughal Garden to Amrit Udyan. This garden is opened to the public once a year.

Amrit Udyan will be closed on every Monday
Amrit Udyan will remain closed on every Monday from January 31 to March 26. Along with this, these gardens will also remain closed on the occasion of Holi on March 8. People can also make advance booking online through the website of the President’s Secretariat. On the other hand, visitors going directly will get entry from the entrance of Rashtrapati Bhavan, which can be obtained at the counter located at Gate No.12 of Rashtrapati Bhavan or from the self-service kiosk.
