There were 5 army officers and soldiers in it. These include Rohitashv Kumar, a jawan of Poshana in Jhunjhunu district. The mortal remains of 2 have been found after the accident. The search is on for the rest. Rohitashv Kumar had a phone conversation with wife Subhita on Friday morning itself. Rohitash had returned to duty after spending a leave last month.

According to the information, Rohitashv Kumar Khairwa of Khairwa ki Dhani of Poshana village was also aboard in the helicopter that fell victim to the accident. The news of martyr Rohitashv’s martyrdom reached his village late on Friday evening. CO Nitin Chaudhary called his family members and informed them. Sarpanch representative Amit Poshan said that the news of martyrdom has been received through phone. Rohitashv Kumar was also aboard the helicopter. After the news of Rohitashv’s martyrdom, there was a wave of mourning in the village.

The rescue team is continuously engaged in the search work
