Rajat Sharma on Election Results 2023: Election results of four states are coming today. After the counting of votes, the picture of the results will be clear by noon. Meanwhile, India TV’s Editor in Chief Rajat Sharma expressed his views on many issues related to the election results and Lok Sabha elections. He said that the exit poll results do not clearly indicate the outcome. Rajatji said that ‘I do not agree that the elections of four states are the semi-finals of the Lok Sabha elections. I have been observing since 2003 till now that these elections have not given the right indication.

India TV Editor in Chief Rajat Sharma said that elections were held for the first time in Chhattisgarh in 2003. If we look at the track record of 20 years, BJP won in MP in 2003. Got 138 seats out of 230. But in 2004 the UPA government was formed. NDA alliance bid farewell. If we look at the records in Rajasthan, in 2003 BJP got 120 seats out of 200. There was an increase of 87 seats. Congress got only 57 seats. But the Congress government was formed in the Lok Sabha in 2004. Manmohan Singh became Prime Minister.

Now if we look at the 2008 elections, when elections were held in Rajasthan in 2008, the government changed. This time Congress got 96 seats. BJP remained at 76. Ashok Gehlot became CM. BJP won again in MP in 2008. Shivraj Singh Chauhan became CM. But Congress won in the Lok Sabha. Manmohan Singh became Prime Minister.
